Information: Second Lieutenant A.G. Cathie, Royal Flying Corps, elder son of Commander R.A. Cathie, R.N., Corrig House, Dalkey, Co. Dublin, was accidentally killed whilst flying on the 11th July, 1917, aged 28. He was educated at Christ's Hospital, West Horsham. He joined the A.S.C. in 1915, and afterwards the Flying Corps in 1916. He was an Observer in France for seven months, and wounded last September. He only got his “wings” three weeks previous to his death.
