Information: 2061 Pte. Frank O'Connell, South Irish Horse, was killed in action on March 19th, 1917. He was the son of Mr. R. O'Connell, Rathvin, Fethard, Co. Tipperary, and a nephew of Mr. O'Connell, Agent, Bank of Ireland. Prior to joining the South Irish Horse he was on the staff of the Bank of Ireland, College Green, and was one of the many followers of the Tipperary Hounds who fell in action.
