Information: Captain Cecil McFeely, Royal Dublin Fusiliers, has been awarded the Military Cross for bravery on the battlefield. He attacked and defeated single-handed about a dozen Germans on 25th February, and since then he has been in several fierce encounters, from which he narrowly escaped with his life. Captain McFeely is the fourth son of Dr. Joseph McFeely, a native of County Donegal, who practised his profession for some years in Dublin, but at present resides at 8 Shaw Street, Liverpool. His five sons are serving in the Army.
