Information: Second Lieutenant Dermot J. Healy, Royal Munster Fusiliers, attached Trench Mortar Battery, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh F. Healy, of 13 Sandymount Road, Sandymount, Dublin, was educated at Blackrock College and played for the School Rugby team. He was also an oarsman of considerable skill, and rowed at the principal regattas in Ireland. He joined the Inns of Court O.T.C., receiving his commission in December, 1916. He proceeded to the front early in February of the present year, and was killed in action on the 5th August, 1917.
