Information: Second Lieutenant Andrew Wynne Storrar, Royal Dublin Fusiliers (attached T.M.B.), was killed in action near Ypres, Flanders, on August 16th. He was the only surviving son of Major D.M. Storrar, A.V.C., Newport, Mon., England. Mr. Storrar was an L.D.S. (of Edinburgh), and relinquished his profession after ten years' practice in Carlow, to join the Inns of Court O.T.C. in November, 1915, receiving his commission the following August. He was for many years a follower of the Carlow hounds, and was also secretary of the local golf club.
