Information: Capt. H. Cormac-Walshe, R.F.A., died on 7th November 1917, from wounds received in action on October 28th near Ypres. He was the son of Mr. E. Cormac-Walshe, D.L., of Castle Hill, Co. Mayo. He joined the Leinster Regiment (Special Reserve) on the outbreak of war, but received a regular commission when he transferred to the R.F.A. Captain Cormac-Walshe was 29 years old, and was educated at Stonyhurst College and Trinity College.
