Information: Lieutenant David Harden Scott M.C., Royal Flying Corps, who was killed in action on December 12th, 1917, was the eldest son of Mr. Matthew Scott, Ballinahinch. He was in his 21st year, and was an excellent scout pilot. His machine was brought down by an enemy anti-aircraft gun while on patrol duty.
