Information: Captain B.J. Lanktree, Royal Field Artillery, recently awarded the Military Cross for gallantry, is the son of Mr. B. Lanktree, Gweedore, Blackrock, Cork. He returned from the Argentine shortly after the outbreak of war to offer his services, and has been through much severe fighting, distinguishing himself on many occasions. Captain Lanktree has the reputation of being one of the finest horse men in the British Army. He is in his 25th year.
