Information: Captain James O’Shaughnessy Beveridge M.B., R.A.M.C., who died of wounds received in discharge of his medical duties, was the fourth son of the late J. Barry Beveridge, B.L., Town Clerk of Dublin, and Mrs. Beveridge, 33, Belgrave Square, Rathmines. He took his degree with distinction in the National University of Ireland, in July, 1915, and received his commission in the R.A.M.C., in February, 1914.
