Information: Second Lieutenant Otto Hamilton Jones, Royal Irish Rifles, died of wounds received in action on November 22nd 1917. He was the youngest son of Mr. Harry J. Jones, 97 Strand Road, Sandymount. He received his commission in the Royal Irish Rifles in September 1916, and went to France the following October. His only brother, a sergeant in the Royal Dublin Fusiliers, was wounded in the battle of Mons in August 1914, and has since been a prisoner in Germany.
