Information: Major (Acting) Thomas R. Barter Seigne, Royal Field Artillery, who has been mentioned in despatches and awarded the Military Cross, and also the Croix de Guerre for gallant and distinguished service in the field, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Seigne, of Grenane House, Thomastown. Kilkenny. He joined the Service at the outbreak of the war. His brother, Major John William Seigne, has also been mentioned for brilliant service.
