Information: Captain E.R. Casement, Royal Engineers, has been mentioned in despatches by Major General A.R. Hoskins C.M.G., D.S.O., late Commander in Chief of the East African forces. He is the youngest son of Mr. Roger Casement, D.L., Magherintemple, Ballycastle, and is one of several brothers who have served with distinction in the present war. Captain Casement was educated at Coleraine Academical Institution and Trinity College Dublin, from which he entered the P.W.D., India. He volunteered for service from Burma, and went to East Africa in June, 1915.
