Information: Lieutenant Hugo Bell Fisher, who was reported wounded and missing on November 10th last, is now ascertained to have died a prisoner of war in Germany on the 23rd of that month. He was the only child of the late Dr. Hugh Fisher and Mrs. Fisher, 4 College Gardens, Belfast and nephew of Mr. W.R. Bell, Bellevue, Newry. He was educated at the Newry Intermediate School and the Royal Acedemical Institution, Belfast. In 1914, he entered Queen's College Belfast and had passed his final medical examination when, on the outbreak of war, he joined the Officers' Training Corps.
