Information: Captain F. G. Cadiz, P&O Service, has been commended by the Admiralty for special services when his ship was torpedoed and by his coolness and gallantry Captain Cadiz saved the ship, passengers and crew, although the ship had been badly damaged. He is the eldest son of the late Mr. T. R. Cadiz, Indian Civil Service, and was educated at the Ranelagh School, Athlone.
