Information: Second Lieutenant Archibald Moore, Royal Irish Rifles, officially reported wounded, missing and believed killed, on March 26th. was the second son of the late Mr. W. H. Moore. Newgrove. Ballylesson, and Mrs. Moore, Hillmount. Antrim Road, Lisburn. He joined the North Irish Horse at Antrim in August, 1914, as trooper, being afterwards promoted to the rank of sergeant. After one year and nine months' service in France he was recommended for a commission, which he received in July. 1917. He left for service in France on August 27th 1917.
