Information: Second Lieutenant (acting Captain) Wilfrid E. C. Wynne, Royal Garrison Artillery (Special Reserve), is the son of Mr. A.E. Wynne, M.D., F.R.C.S.I., Temporary Captain R.A.M.C., and was educated at St. Andrew's College, Dublin, and Dover College, and on the outbreak of the war was a medical student in Trinity College, Dublin. He received his commission in February, 1915, and has been mentioned in despatches.
