Information: Lieutenant Francis Joseph Jones, Royal Flying Corps, was killed in action on June 1st, 1918. He was the son of the late Mr. Thomas Jones and Mrs. Jones, St. Patrick's Hill, Cork, and was in his 20th year. He became a cadet in the Royal Flying Corps on April 17th, 1916, and was shortly afterwards given his commission and wings, He saw considerable service in France, and carried through most hazardous work with distinction, and gained his promotion,
