Information: Second Lieutenant B.H. Pemberton, King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment, has been awarded the Military Cross for exceptional service rendered on April 9th last. He joined the Black Watch in April, 1915, and in April, 1917, joined the Cadet Corps at Trinity College, Cambridgeshire, from which he was gazetted to the King's Own Royal Lancaster Regiment. He is at present in hospital in Birmingham, suffering from shrapnel wounds. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. B. Pemberton, 41 Connaught Street, Phibsborough, Dublin.
