Information: Sub Lieutenant Conrad Coryton Betts, Royal Air Force, was the younger son of Mr. C. C. Betts, Belvedere, Dalkey, and was in his 19th year. He was educated at Monkstown Park School and Sherborne, Dorset, from which he joined the Royal Naval Air Service in 1917. He obtained his commission in January, 1918, and was accidentally killed on April 17th, 1918. His Commanding Officer speaks of him as a most reliable observer who had done some very fine bombing and reconnaissance work.
