Information: Captain Herbert Travers Radcliff, 5th Leinster Regiment, was killed in action at Neuve Chapelle on March 15th last. Prior to the war the deceased officer occupied the Position of Petty Sessions Clerk for the districts of Kells, Moynalty and George’s Cross, where he was extremely popular. He volunteered for service at the outbreak of the war.
