Information: Captain T. Gerrard Brown, Connaught Rangers, has been awarded the Military Cross for gallantry and devotion to duty on the field. He is a son of the late Robert L. Brown, R.M., Birr, and was educated at Clongowes College. He was a well known member of the Three Rock Rovers Hockey Club, with his brother, Harry, who was captain of the International Hockey team a few years ago.
